Navigating Text-To-Image Customization: From LyCORIS Fine-Tuning to Model Evaluation

We introduce LyCORIS, an open-source library for parameter-efficient Stable Diffusion fine-tuning, propose a comprehensive evaluation framework, and perform extensive experiments to compare different methods.

Workie-Talkie: Accelerating Federated Learning by Overlapping Computing and Communications via Contrastive Regularization

Hybrid Local SGD for Federated Learning with Heterogeneous Communications

In light of both device-to-device (D2D) and device-to-server (D2S) cooperation opportunities in modern communication networks, this paper proposes a new federated learning approach where devices are grouped into a set of disjoint clusters with high D2D communication bandwidth. The new approach enables us to largely reduce the training latency of federated learning.

Federated Learning with Sparsification-Amplified Privacy and Adaptive Optimization

This work jointly investigates two ciritical concerns of federated learning, privacy and communication efficiency, and utilizes sparsification as a tool to achieve differential privacy and communication efficiency at the same time. To help reduce the privacy cost, we also integrates acceleration tecniques to offset the negative impact of sparsification on convergence rate.
